We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was very clean and tidy and had great facilities such as a hot pool, trampoline, and playground. We loved that it was located right next to the Skyline and other attractions, making it easy to explore the city without having to worry about transportation or waking up early. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Could not be improved in any way.

We stopped during a road trip around New Zealand. Next to the venue (50 m) there is a cableway up the hill with a panoramic view and entertainment. And everything else in Rotorua can be reached in a few minutes by car. The motel has its own pool with geothermal water.

It was located right next to the skyline gondola and we could just walk right over!
There were no restaurants near enough by foot.

The location was ideal, right next door to a top attraction and close to everything. the room was equipped with basic amenities and the beds were comfortable. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the continental breakfast was a nice touch for a quick bite before starting the day.
The state of the grounds and building weren't very appealing, it could use some renovations.

It had a perfect location in relation to the event we were attending. It had modest charges. Very freindly helpful people running the motel
A cold unit with inadequate heating unless you went to bed with an electric blanket on.

The hotel facilities were great, nice and warm and we had a spa to use which was meant to be for communal use but ended up being used only by us.

The location was convenient to nearby tourist attractions, with easy access from a busy road. the service from the staff was attentive and accommodating, with regular cleaning and fresh towels provided. For those with children, the location next to mini-golf provided a fun activity for the family.
The motel was very outdated and in need of modernisation. the complex felt tired and in urgent need of renovations, with low water pressure in the shower and limited facilities for self-catering.

Easy to find just along the mainroad leading to Rotorua city centre, just 5 minutes drive away. Just opposite a convenience store. Located near the Gondola rides to a nice restaurant with good view of the surrounidng area. Just a short drive to the major attractions.

Despite a rather down-market first impression the room was extremely comfortable and well equipped. Only aircon was lacking. Excellent value for money.

We found the owners to be most accommodating and helpful in all areas. They helped in selection of restaurants.
There were no screens on windows or sliding glass doors.
